Page Tree Sorter is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace standard end-user agreement, the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0), together with the provider-specific terms below.

Provider-specific terms

Provider: Medi@Business Frank Löffler, Am Anger 6, 91550 Dinkelsbühl, Germany, represented by Frank Löffler (owner).

1. Governing law and venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Medi@Business, Dinkelsbühl, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Privacy. The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge and stores no Customer Data outside the customer’s Atlassian cloud. Privacy policy: https://codemonkey.cloud/apps/page-tree-sorter/privacy.html
3. Data processing. Medi@Business does not process Customer Personal Data outside the Atlassian platform (the app runs entirely on Atlassian infrastructure without egress); no separate DPA is offered.
4. Security. The app follows Atlassian’s Marketplace security requirements. Report security issues via the support form.
5. Support. Support is provided via the contact form, in English and German. First response within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, CET/CEST); within 1 business day for incidents that prevent sorting entirely. No service level agreement (SLA) beyond this is offered.
